In 2007, good old friends Jon Simvonis (Vocals, ex-Godlike Demon),
Constantine (Lead Guitar, ex-Nightrage) and Theo (Rythm Guitar), wanted to
create an uncompromising death/thrash metal band that would combine all the
modern elements of metal music from Children Of Bodom,Trivium and Soilwork
up to more oldschool sounding bands such as At The Gates and Exodus.
After the first demo cd has been made the band was also joined by members
Antony (Drums, student of George Kollias (Nile)) and Noir (Bass) in late
2007.
In early 2008 DESCENDING entered "Music Factory And Prophecy Studios" at
Kempten, Germany. R.D.Liapakis of Mystic Prophecy did the production,
mix and mastering of their album.
